The Orion Syndrome has released “The Gauntlet“, a story of a Modern Day Tragedy. The band shares the high level concept as:
We have a limited time on this Earth. Every day we make decisions that can shape the next. Some choices are right and enhance our life, but other choices can be devastatingly wrong.
It took over 7 years to conceptualize, write, and record this prog album showpiece. The final few tracks, and the mastering of the entire album, occurred during the 2020 pandemic, which allowed a lot of focused time.
The album was released on July 5th, on both Bandcamp and here on Procyon Music.
